The introduction

Almost always a vouch — an existing client, a family office that already works with her, occasionally a private bank's lifestyle desk. Cold approaches are read carefully and answered slowly; vouched ones are answered the same day.

Both sides vet

Your office checks her references, insurance and history; she quietly confirms the introduction is real. It is the only stage with any friction in it, and it exists to protect you — a chair inside your perimeter should be vetted like anything else inside it.

The terms, once

A single document to your office: scope, rates, travel, confidentiality, invoicing entity of your choosing. Signed once, revisited annually, never discussed at the house.

The first visit

At a residence, deliberately unhurried. She learns the house — entrances, staff rhythms, where the light is good, which dog needs winning over. The hair is almost secondary the first time; the household working is the point.

The standing arrangement

A rhythm is set — weekly, fortnightly, seasonal — and then it simply runs. Slots move with your calendar via one text to one number. Most households stop thinking about it entirely within a quarter, which is the goal.
