The practice is rooted three floors above Tib Street — but the chair has boarded more early flights than most of its clients. Coverage and honest lead times, below.

Lead times assume a normal week. For premieres, finals and emergencies, the diary has always found a way.
The home ground. The private floor on Tib Street, your home, your hotel — often with a day's notice.
The triangle and beyond. House calls are the norm out here; the kit travels in two cases and leaves no trace.
Regular runs south. Suites, townhouses and green rooms — usually paired so the diary carries two or three clients per visit.
Paris weeks, Milan shows, Alpine seasons, Mediterranean summers. Planned in the consultation, priced in the single figure.
Tours, residencies and relocations. Where a standing client goes, the chair can follow — visas, kit and silence included.

The standard it replicates, wherever it lands
The kit travels whole
Chair, basin rig, lighting and colour bench — two flight cases and forty minutes of set-up. Any room with a door and a socket becomes the salon.
Hotels are home turf
Suites are the most common venue outside Manchester. Housekeeping notices nothing; the room is reset to the minute you checked in.
No trace, ever
Unbranded product, no deliveries in your name, nothing left behind. The only evidence an appointment happened is the hair.
No forms, no booking systems, no records you didn’t agree to. Write a line — or have your people write it — and Melissa will reply personally.
Or by introduction, through a current client
